Ever since I was a teenager over 50 years ago (did I really just say that out loud??) I’ve been passionate about using fitness to transform every aspect of our lives. I learned from Hall of Fame boxing trainers and Qigong masters at a young age, and my team and I carry those timeless lessons with us today to help you uncover the healthiest version of yourself—no matter how old you are!
